U Queen's 1 die 2 blow 1D2B cold forging machine series is suitable for wire outer diameter specifications from 0.5mm to 5.5mm, with wire diameter less than 4.5 small size models, and the material transmission method is without clamp over-die. For large-size model M6 (wire diameter) Φ5.5mm) the cold heading machine, we offer 2 different material transmission methods for different choices according to the different length specifications of the product, and there are fixture over-die and no-clamp over-die.    What is a non-clamp over-die? Round shear break => material ejection => 1 blow transfer to 1 die    Automatic wire feeding (optional), with brake positioning and induction device to achieve active feeding timing, single feeding amount, and fine product with diameter below 1.2MM. This can avoid wire deformation due to pulling and can prevent material from pulling down; one-way air pressure feeding (M4 The following) provides accurate feeding length and prevents the wire from pulling back, and the feeding fine-tuning length can be numerically displayed, reducing the operator's technical level demands; If the front PKO device (optional) is installed, the second die is finished stamping, and the main sliding seat is ready to be retracted at the same time for PKO, which effectively prevents die sticking.
